Helpdesk Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical support to our clients. This role requires troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and knowledge of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve technical issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software
  • Assist users with IT-related inquiries and training
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems for performance and security
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
Requirements:
  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or ITIL (preferred)
